Message subject : ASIC -something to think about

ASIC is very prompt is issuing a speeding ticket whenever a stock rises very sharply. Have you ever wondered why ASIC does not bother when the stock price sharply goes down? I wonder what ASIC is doing now when the carnage is going on. Is it that ASIC becomes very interested whenever they smell that people are making money and keep it's (ASIC) mouth shut when people are losing their pants? Any thoughts on this?
