This is Yuko Hanai. I'm living in A42 Cathedral place 41 Gotha Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane QLD 4006.
I received the urgent payment offer which is for the ex-tenant. This notice is saying to disconnect the power in 48 hours.
I'm just worrying that the electric power might be disconnected. I think it must not be my responsibility.
I already paid my account which is A$133 to your company on the 21th of Aug. I recieved the receipt.
Could you please check that my power is keeping?
