The staff cuts happenning now will cause an upturn in share price however down the track service levels must decline which will once again cause a drop in share price which will be slow at first but shall acclerate in an exponential manner as the global economies recover and other telco's begin to gain a more solid footing. The only way out of this situation is if Singtel start inject cash to boost infrastructure which will allow the company to maintain service levels.
