I hope someone can help. I received an email which contained a virus which was immediately quaranteened by Norton. I copied and pasted the message on the email into Word using the Blank template. Now everytime I try and get the Blank template (normal.dot) I get this letter coming up (the one I pasted). When I look at the properties of normal.dot I see that it was modified 16 May - how can this template be modified when it is read only and how do I get it to go back to Blank?
