Watch for further accumulation this week. A rise is on the cards. Healthy volume last week,with no drop in price under 2 c. With their recent announcement, the company is in a very good position to achieve big revenue return. The ACE software by ICSA is very well established in the US and European markets. ICSA is in collabaration with IBM.

Being the last link in this region WTE is well on its way to reach its 9.6 c attained a few months back.
